Abilitie today announced a collaboration with Dell Technologies to offer the Invited MBA, a 12-week online mini-MBA, to Dell’s pipeline of diverse emerging leaders. Designed to increase leadership and business acumen skills of employees in Dell’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), the Fall 2020 Cohort of this Invited MBA will also be open to members of ERGs from other companies.

Dell, a global leader in the technology sector, announced ambitious social impact goals in November 2019, including a commitment to increasing diversity at all levels of the organization by the year 2030. With ERG members demonstrating a high level of engagement, they are a plentiful source of home-grown talent. Dell and Abilitie collaborated to offer a dedicated Invited MBA cohort for ERG members.

The Invited MBA was created with the vision to provide an affordable MBA alternative to emerging business leaders, and is focused on key topics of a top-tier business education, including finance, people management, and leadership. The Invited MBA includes collaborative team-based learning experiences, top tier faculty, and networking with a growing network of accomplished business professionals.

“At Dell Technologies, we are committed to the retention and progression of diverse talent. Our ERGs play a key role in diversity and inclusion strategy, fostering innovation, understanding, and a culture of belonging. We are thrilled to be able to offer our ERG members and those who are members of other ERGs across the corporate sector access to this valuable career development opportunity,” said Reshenda Daniels, Program Consultant, Dell Technologies.

Dell and Abilitie are excited to leverage the strength of corporate Employee Resource Groups as important communities in identifying emerging leaders. Graduates of the program will gain essential business competencies and accelerated career growth opportunities alongside Dell’s commitment to advancing corporate culture, equity and inclusion.

The Invited MBA is a 12 week part-time mini-MBA designed by Abilitie for emerging business professionals seeking to advance their business skills and build a network of accomplished peers. This unique virtual program covers key leadership and business acumen topics. It includes Harvard Business School case studies, collaboration with real-world executives, and award-winning team-based business simulations.
