Attend the Annual Health Care Quality & Patient Safety Conference to learn how service excellence, technology, and disruptive delivery models are leading to improved population health.

ABQAURP’s Annual Health Care Quality & Patient Safety Conference: Redesigning Care Through Service Excellence, Technology, and Disruptors, is being presented on October 19-20, 2023, at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in Clearwater Beach, FL. This annual event brings together thought leaders from health care and technology industries to discover innovations and approaches to quality health care, patient safety, and population health.

Attendees should not miss this opportunity to network with colleagues, earn CME credit, learn from distinguished faculty, and visit with industry exhibitors. The conference kicks off with a Networking Reception to relax and enjoy the beautiful, beachside location of Sand Key. Arrive early on Thursday, October 19, to attend this event.

Enjoy a full day of CME on Friday, October 20, to explore ways to integrate expert advice from national quality leaders into your practice while identifying best practices and tools to enhance patient care in any setting.

From our knowledge of Social Determinants of Health (SDoH), we understand that direct medical care only influences 20% of an individual’s overall health, while 80% is influenced by factors such as access to health care, gender, culture, income, social support networks, education and employment status, physician and social environments, personal health practices and coping skills, among others. Health care providers are left with a limited window to be able to engage, educate, and partner with patients in their health care.

Consequently, the emphasis the past few decades has been on learning more about disparities in our communities and bridging those gaps through technology, innovative and “disruptive” models of health care delivery, and service excellence. All while continuing to aim for the delivery of the highest quality, cost-effective health care possible!

Attend the conference to develop strategies to integrate technology, disruptive delivery models, and service excellence into practice to address the challenges of social determinants of health, improve the population health of communities served, and expand opportunities and patient outcomes for providers.

Attendees should make hotel reservations at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort early. The group rate of $189.00 per night (single/double occupancy, plus taxes) at the beautiful, beachfront location is offered to attendees on a first-come, first-serve basis, and the room block will fill up before the conference.
