Award-winning line of RFID readers is a key platform for Acceliot’s RTLS (real-time locating system) offer across manufacturing, healthcare, data centers, retail, and automotive sectors

The STAR System RFID products gives us proven technology and a solid base of customers, system integrators, and resellers around the world.

Acceliot, a leading provider of integrated IoT-driven digital transformation solutions, has entered into an agreement for exclusive rights to manufacture, sale and distribute the Mojix RFID hardware, including the award-winning line of STAR™ and STARflex™ RFID readers. First launched in 2008, the STAR™ System product line continues to evolve and deliver industry-leading performance with the highest reader sensitivity in the market, onboard application support, and real-time location accuracy down to 3 feet. The original RFID hardware team of Mojix joins Acceliot and Paul Barriga, CTO and co-founder leads the R&D and Support teams.

Industry analysts forecast the global RFID reader market to grow to $22.5 billion in 2026, at 9.8% CAGR, driven by the declining prices of RFID tags and accelerating adoption across industries. Meanwhile, RTLS market growth is forecasted at 25% CAGR, and some 16.5 billion new IoT devices will be connected over the next decade.

“Industry 4.0 is rapidly transforming business operations and customer experiences around the world. It requires connecting facilities with real time process execution throughout the supply chain. This unprecedented change requires an experienced partner with advanced and integrated IoT platforms. The STAR System RFID products gives us proven technology and a solid base of customers, system integrators, and resellers around the world and offers continuity of business for retail and industrial clients of Mojix,” said Shawn Manesh, CEO and co-founder of Acceliot. “We look forward to growing our partner network and continue to provide integrated solutions to the market with Mojix.”

“This agreement allows us to focus on our software platform that digitize and automate supply chains in real time,” said Dan Doles, President and CEO of Mojix. “We are now completely hardware agnostic – we can aggregate and process item-level data streams whether the sensors are RFID, NFC, QR codes, BLE, or UWB, and then transform that data into operational intelligence. I am confident that under the leadership of Shawn Manesh and the team at Acceliot the STAR™ System product line will thrive.”
