Accenture Earns AOTMP Efficiency First® Solution Certification
AOTMP announces that Accenture has earned Solution Certification in Telecom Expense Management and Enterprise Mobility Management in the Efficiency First® Vendor Solution Certification Program.
INDIANAPOLIS, July 24, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- AOTMP is pleased to announce Accenture has earned Solution Certification in Telecom Expense Management and Enterprise Mobility Management in the Efficiency First® Vendor Solution Certification Program.
Accenture was first awarded the prestigious Efficiency First® Vendor Solution Certifications in 2016. The TEM Lifecycle and Enterprise Mobility Management solution, called Telecom Expense Management Process Outsourcing or TEMPO, has been successfully recertified through March 2020.
During the extensive Efficiency First® Vendor Solution Certification Program, the alignment of Accenture's fixed and mobile telecom management services was evaluated against the Efficiency First® Framework, a disciplined, best practice-driven approach to managing fixed and mobile telecom environments. Just as in 2016, Accenture's clients scored the solution and solution performance positively during the recertification.
Accenture TEMPO's clients identified financial and operational benefits gained by the business relationship. Specifically, users cited a cost savings benefit delivering a positive financial impact. Additionally, service-to-cost performance of nearshore delivery as compared to the high cost of onshore options in certain countries was cited as a positive benefit.
