Access One has been selected as a finalist in the 2019 People’s Choice Stevie® Award.

Access One is a finalist for a 2019 People’s Choice Stevie® Award for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year in the Technology Industries category.  More than 76,000 votes were cast to determine this year’s Stevie Award winners.

The worldwide public vote was conducted as part of the 13th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, the world’s top honors for contact center, customer service, business development, and sales professionals. Members of the general public worldwide could vote for nominees in 12 industry categories.

The awards will be presented to honorees before more than 600 executives from around the world during a banquet at Caesar’s Palace Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada on February 22.

All organizations honored in the Customer Service Department of the Year awards categories of this year’s Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service were eligible to be included in voting for the people’s choice awards, which was open to the public from January 17 through February 8.
