Background screening industry veteran will lead product strategy and bring new solutions to market for Accio's CRA partners.
AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Accio Data, a leading provider of background screening software for consumer reporting agencies (CRAs), today announced that Amber Gilchrist has joined the company as vice president of product and strategic growth. Gilchrist will lead Accio's new product strategy, commercialization and the development.
Gilchrist has spent more than a decade in the workforce solutions and employment screening space. She has held leadership roles at HireRight, Cisive, and Universal Background Screening, most recently serving as vice president of operations – sanctions and monitoring at Cisive. Her experience covers criminal background screening, verifications, drug testing and occupational health, healthcare monitoring, quality assurance and compliance and client services.
Over her career, Gilchrist has served as a right hand to CEOs and founders and has partnered with private equity on acquisition due diligence and integrations. She has built and led global teams, moved stalled platform migrations forward, and launched new programs and pilots that created and grew revenue streams. Most recently, she has focused on AI- and technology-enabled transformation, bringing operations, product and technology together to rethink how work gets done.
