He will carry out business development initiatives and support clients within the areas of employee engagement, human resources, talent engagement and retention strategies, leadership development and coaching and performance management.
Cohen has more than 35 years of corporate experience leading human resources, employee engagement and talent acquisition for well-known brands and companies, such as TruGreen, Bath & Body Works, Victoria's Secret Fragrance, White Barn Candle Company, Target, Wal-Mart and United Technologies. His expertise includes identification and development of company cultures, enterprise-wide interventions and change leadership, employee engagement, executive coaching, training, compliance, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, retention strategies, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, organizational development and performance management.

Some of Cohen's past achievements include serving as the chief human resources officer for more than 14,000 employees at TruGreen, the largest residential and commercial lawn care company in the United States and Canada. During TruGreen's divestiture from ServiceMaster and its merger with Scotts Lawn Service, he helped identify and communicate the company's culture, which boosted employee engagement from 45 percent to 68 percent; increased revenues to exceed $1.4 billion; and led to the corporate Memphis office's recognition as one of the "Best Places to Work" for four consecutive years. Cohen's team was responsible for talent acquisition efforts, training, leadership development programs, compliance, compensation and benefits. He and his team also led the successful conversion to the Workday human resources system.

In addition, Cohen built the first human resources team at Bath & Body Works retail stores, a $1.8 billion division of Limited Brands. Cohen was instrumental in creating and introducing a unique brand culture that positively affected employee engagement and retention and also supported the company's rapid growth. This success led to additional responsibilities, including human resource oversight of Victoria's Secret Fragrance Stores (450 stores) and the creation of the White Barn Candle Company (300+ stores).
