Account Discovery Systems, LLC (ADS), a privately held third party receivables management firm out of Buffalo, New York; has established a communication center in Tijuana, Mexico this week in hopes of adding 300 new agents by end of 2018. The controlled expansion into Tijuana, Mexico marks phase two of the organizations strategic focus to establish ADS as a leader in the international first party call center and pharmaceutical markets.
TIJUANA, Mexico, Aug. 7, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- In July 2018, ADS successfully launched a 100-seat call center in Kingston, Jamaica as phase-one of their entrance into the global call center marketplace.
The organization is confident that diversifying into evolving markets can lead to healthy and organic growth while shielding the company from adverse changes in the industry and economy. This added expansion serves the higher purpose of founder and CEO John Chebat, to expand on and advance the company's goals on a global scale.
