SAN FRANCISCO, March 05, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- AccountingSuite™ announced their integration with Tax1099, improving the eFile experience for businesses with contractors, just in time to meet the 1099-MISC deadline of March 31 for non-Box 7 amounts. The integration empowers users of both systems to seamlessly pull data from the AccountingSuite file into Tax1099 to eliminate manual entry.
Tax1099 is an IRS-approved, cloud-based eFiling platform for the 1099 MISC form and forty other forms. The platform eFiles forms directly with the IRS and files with the states based on each state's special filing requirements. If a customer chooses, Tax1099 will also send vendors or contractors their 1099 MISC copy via USPS or their email addresses if available.

The new integration with AccountingSuite will allow users to log into their AccountingSuite accounts via the Tax1099 cloud platform and pull over payer, vendor, and payment data that is 1099 eligible. This will significantly cut down filing time as users will not have to manually enter 1099 information or deal with the pulling and formatting of various exports. AccountingSuite users can also use Tax1099 to send and collect digital W-9s as well as verify vendors' EINs or SSNs through the TIN matching function.
