DENVER, Jan. 22, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- ACM LLP (ACM) has announced that Sean McDonald and David Shellan have been admitted to Partner.
Sean McDonald serves as an audit partner at ACM. Sean has developed a deep expertise in a variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution, retail and consumer products and serves as a key member of ACM's Transaction Advisory team. He joined ACM after finishing his degree at the University of Northern Colorado and has spent his entire career at the firm. Sean is a role model both in and outside of the firm and has been recognized by the Colorado Society of CPAs as a 2017 Everyday Hero at the CPAs Who Make a Difference Gala and has been actively involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters for over a decade.
David Shellan serves as a tax partner. David's expertise is in assisting closely held, middle-market clients with their compliance, planning, partnership structuring, and mergers and acquisitions issues. David lived in Oregon before moving to Colorado where he spent time in industry. Prior to moving to Colorado, David was with a BDO Alliance USA accounting firm. His experience in both public accounting and industry give him unique insight into his clients' needs and perspective. David has a bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon and a master's degree from Portland State University. He is currently active in FEI (Financial Executives International) and is pursuing philanthropic involvements.
