BHCOE Accreditation has recognized Acorn Health with 2-Year Reaccreditation, acknowledging the organization as a behavioral service provider dedicated to continuous improvement in applied behavior analysis. BHCOE Reaccreditation recognizes behavioral health providers that continue to excel in the areas of clinical quality, staff qualifications, and consumer satisfaction, and promote systems that enhance these areas. These areas are measured with a wide-ranging audit, including interviews with agency clinical leadership, in-depth on-site observation, a detailed staff qualification review, an anonymous staff satisfaction survey, and an anonymous consumer satisfaction survey.

BHCOE Accreditation is the only applied behavior analysis (ABA)-specific accreditation. It provides feedback regarding clinical best practices, staff satisfaction and turnover, and consumer protection. Acting as a third-party, the organization systematically measures and reports on existing quality criteria in the behavior analysis community using standardized methods and practices and accredits only those service agencies that meet these standards.

“We are deeply honored to receive the BHCOE Reaccreditation distinction,” said Acorn Health’s Chief Executive Officer, Vicki Kroviak. “Our dedicated staff have further demonstrated our commitment to ensuring individuals diagnosed with ASD are able to live their most meaningful and independent lives.”

“By defining and measuring clinical outcomes, we’re working to set the industry standard for clinical care,” said Acorn Health’s Chief Clinical Officer & Vice President of Midwest Operations, Krista Boe. “We’re committed to driving socially valid and meaningful results for the clients and families we have the privilege of serving, and this reaccreditation reaffirms that commitment.”

Says Sara Litvak, Chief Executive Officer at BHCOE, “We are honored to provide reaccreditation with Acorn Health and recognize their continued commitment to quality applied behavior analysis therapy services.”
