Chris first joined ACT in 2014 in the role of Senior Associate. He has represented clients in exits across many industries, including business administrative services, manufacturing, professional engineering, consulting, home healthcare and construction. In his new role, Chris will assume greater leadership in managing projects and be active in business development for the firm.
Chris is a former Marine Corps captain and served two tours of duty in Iraq. He holds several degrees from the University of Washington including a BA in Economics and Political Science, an MBA in with a concentration in Finance, a Juris Doctorate and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation. Chris also has a Masters of Mass Communication, Journalism and Media Management from Arizona State University.
