Act Global Wins Synthetic Turf Council’s 2020 Philanthropy Award

The STC announced Monday, October 19th, that Act Global is the recipient of the Philanthropy Award, which recognizes an STC member company that demonstrates support of charitable causes and community outreach.

Part of Act Global’s social culture is to "Give More”. Over the past year, Act Global has actively supported and contributed to the following philanthropic initiatives:

Homeless World Cup: Act Global donated 3 pitches to the Homeless World Cup Tournament that took place in Cardiff, Wales.

Miami Edison High School: Alongside worldwide sporting goods manufacturer, adidas, Act Global co-donated a full-size multi-purpose field to Miami Edison High School in Miami, FL which is a lower-income school district.

Non-profit organizations: Act Global financially contributes to organizations such as CARE, World Vision, and Act Global employees also partake in local charitable organizations by sponsoring and participating in Dresses for Dreams Global 5K, assisting with Blue Santa, and volunteering at a local food bank.

Act Global asks themselves and partners to be socially responsible, environmental stewards, and Give More.
