SAN DIEGO, Sept. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Activbody, makers of the Activ5 portable fitness device and training app, have announced the release of new exercises designed specifically for seniors who are looking to maintain their fitness while avoiding any movements that could risk injury. These exercises were collected and developed specifically for older users with limited stamina, range of mobility, or ability to endure direct impact during workouts.

Each of the new Boomer workouts consist of 14 to 20 individual exercises that last either 15- or 30-seconds each. The total workout time for the individual Boomer workouts are 5 minutes, allowing users to achieve a healthy workout in a short duration. Additionally, each isometric workout is either designated as a seated or standing workout to further personalize options for users.
