Stepping Stones Museum for Children Hosts its 10th Annual Monster Mash
Norwalk, CT (PRWEB) October 17, 2014 -- On Saturday, October 25 award-winning Stepping Stones Museum for Children is hosting its 10th annual Monster Mash, a safe, exciting time for children and their families. All children, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, neighbors, cousins and friends are invited to come dressed as his or her most esteemed superhero or other favorite costume.
It is said that true heroes often go unseen... but not at Stepping Stones! Come and proudly walk the Hall of Heroes and Heroines, where all super and everyday heroes are invited. (Don’t worry; we’ll keep everyone’s true identities safe.)
All the activities at the Monster Mash are to put the “BOO” in Halloween – but never in a scary way, only in an inspirational heroic way.
Monster Mash’s super-charged activities are sure to save the day. Become a child’s hero by uniting forces in action-packed, always educational activities, such as:
• Super Hero Sightings - A photo opportunity that will have everyone flying through the air.
• Hero Gear - No superhero is complete without super-cool accessories and gadgets. Kids can even make their own in the Gadget Garage.
- Wonder Bracelets
- Zap! Bam! Pow! Belts!
- Super Stick Super Hero - Create an origin story and have the heroes and villains act it out.
• Secret Identity Spin - Need help creating an alter ego's name? Give the wheel a spin.
• Walk the Hall of Heroes and Heroines - Show off costumes in the fashion show photo opportunity. Everyone should bring their cameras.
• And much more!
Monster Mash has a huge following and is always a sellout event. Please make plans early and register online.
Stepping Stones looks forward to seeing everyone at the “boo-seum” soon!
