With the added capabilities, Addigy business customers can support operations and growth with real-time visibility across their entire computing environment.

BrightGauge Software allows for the display of important business metrics in one location through the use of gauges, dashboards, and client reports. Used by more than 1,800 companies worldwide, BrightGauge integrates with popular business solutions on the market, including ConnectWise, Continuum, Webroot, QuickBooks, Datto, IT Glue, Zendesk, Harvest, Smileback, and now Addigy.

Using the customizable report template, MSPs are able to show clients the value of the services provided using the dashboard and metrics. Client reporting is simple to set up, and each one can be automatically generated and filled with the data the client is interested in. When managing dozens or hundreds of Apple products across multiple networks, having the ability to monitor all asset trends at once saves time and the frustration of manually compiling such data.

One example of how BrightGauge can be used with the Addigy platform is to implement a System Health Details by Policy gauge. With this in place, operators can clearly see how encryption health is stacking up against warranty health and security health across all of the organizations under management.
