NextGen Under 30 was founded in 2010 and honors the best and brightest young and driven Oklahomans early in their professions with a goal to encourage them to continue leading impactful careers that positively influence those who work alongside them now and in the future. These individuals demonstrate talent, drive and service to their communities and are seen as future leaders in Oklahoma.

Since founded, the NextGen Under 30 award has received more than 7,000 nominations. This year, 379 Oklahomans from 241 companies were selected as winners across 20 careers categories.
