San Diego, CA (PRWEB) December 12, 2013 -- San Diego based online advertising company AdPlugg now makes blog advertising even easier with its new WordPress Ad Plugin. AdPlugg is a simple way for bloggers and other content providers to place ads on their site. In addition, AdPlugg allows advertisers to tap into the specific demographics that make up a blog site’s reader base. Now with the release of the AdPlugg WordPress plugin, blog advertising is easier than ever before.
WordPress is the most popular blogging system in the word, being run by more than 60 million websites. As of August 2013, WordPress was being used by more than 18.9% of the top 10 million websites (source: Wikipedia). By releasing an easy to install WordPress ad plugin, AdPlugg hopes to better serve sites using WordPress.
"AdPlugg has always worked with all sites regardless of platform or programming language. Now with the release of the AdPlugg WordPress Plugin, setup is even easier for any of the 60 million websites running on WordPress," said AdPlugg CEO, Collin Krawll.
Installation of the AdPlugg WordPress Ad Plugin takes just a matter of minutes and can be done entirely from the WordPress Administrator interface, all without ever touching the WordPress site’s underlying code. Once installed, the plugin (and all ads on the site), can be fully controlled, managed, and tracked from adplugg.com.
When logged in at adplugg.com, users have complete control over the ads on their site. This includes the ability to add, update, delete and schedule ads. In addition, AdPlugg features sophisticated tracking and reporting capabilities allowing users to track and graphically view the effectiveness of their ads. This data can then be shared with advertisers to increase advertiser retention.
The basic AdPlugg blog advertising service and new WordPress plugin are completely free for low traffic sites. Additional pay options and features are available for more demanding, high volume customers.
