Advanced Core Concepts Announces Acquisition of International Logistics Group
WARNER ROBINS, Ga. (PRWEB) December 06, 2016 -- Advanced Core Concepts today announced the acquisition of International Logistics Group, a Warner Robins, Ga.–based provider of support services to the U.S. Air Force and other customers. The newly combined enterprise, comprised of Advanced Core Concepts and wholly-owned subsidiary International Logistics Group, is a small business provider of engineering and technical support, logistics, sustainment services, acquisition support, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support, and information technology solutions to the Department of Defense and other federal customers.
Based in Warner Robins, Ga., the combined enterprise employs over 250 personnel and has a national footprint supporting mission-critical government programs for the Department of Defense and other federal customers. John Willis, who has led International Logistics Group since 2004, will serve as president of the combined enterprise. Irving Zaks, chief executive officer of Advanced Core Concepts, will join the combined enterprise as vice president, business development.
