Exceptional client service is key to all the factors included in Financial Times’ research, and part of being an innovative company is making sure the service gets better and better each year.
LOS ANGELES (PRWEB) August 25, 2020
AdvicePeriod, a planning-first wealth management firm, is pleased to announce it has been named in the 2020 edition of the Financial Times 300 Top Registered Investment Advisors. The list recognizes top independent RIA firms from across the country. This is the third year in a row that AdvicePeriod has been included.
Financial Times determines their annual list of top United States registered investment advisors based on six broad factors that add up to a numeric score for each advisor: AUM, AUM growth rate, years in existence, advanced industry credentials of the firm’s advisors, online accessibility, and compliance records.
“We’re honored to be among the list of RIAs recognized this year,” says Steve Lockshin, AdvicePeriod founder. “Exceptional client service is key to all the factors included in Financial Times’ research, and part of being an innovative company is making sure the service gets better and better each year.”
Financial Times presents the 300 chosen companies as segmented by state. Breadth of service was considered an important theme in this year’s list, with many advisors offering retirement planning, tax management, philanthropic services, and other aspects of clients’ financial lives beyond investments.
This comes on the heels of AdvicePeriod being recognized as a finalist for three Wealthmanagement.com awards: Innovator of the Year, Best Family office: Client Initiative and Industry Disruptors. Winners for these awards will be announced in September.
AdvicePeriod’s all-encompassing approach to wealth management paired with the goal of technological innovation highlights their determination to help clients succeed in all aspects of their financial life.
“We want to help clients keep more of what they earn, and this requires an understanding of their full financial stories”, explains Lockshin.
