Mongeau will directly manage outside sales teams to drive business development and growth, and oversee the expansion of Aeroflow's patient base through referrals and strategic acquisitions.
Aeroflow's sleep division provides continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) masks and equipment, home sleep studies, trilogy ventilators and helps customers verify their insurance coverage. The division made several acquisitions throughout the United States in 2018 to expand its patient base and geographic footprint. Aeroflow's respiratory division provides oxygen therapy, portable oxygen compressors and additional equipment to treat a variety of respiratory disorders. Both divisions contributed significantly to Aeroflow Healthcare's reported record sales and 30% increase in revenue in 2018.

Mongeau also served as Managing Director of Integrated Vent Solutions and held positions at ResMed and Miele. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
