SAN DIEGO, Nov. 29, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Affirmed Housing celebrates the completion of Luna, 79 affordable homes for those who earn 50%-60% AMI. Offering one, two, three and four-bedroom apartment homes, Luna is located in the Pacific Highlands Ranch community in Carmel Valley.

In a community where local rents average $2,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, Luna provides housing renting for less than half that, in a new development located within proximity to shops, schools and the local highway. Luna consists of two, four-story buildings and includes Energy Star appliances, private patios or balconies and common lounge, large kitchen, computer room and laundry facilities. The new development cost approximately $30 million dollars, and funding sources include Bank of America, Banner Bank, San Diego Housing Commission, CDLAC, and TCAC.
