SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 19, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The future of low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) equity, an update on the bond financing market and pairing opportunity zones with affordable housing are among the topics slated for discussion at the Novogradac 2019 Credit and Bond Financing for Affordable Housing Conference, Oct. 3-4, at the JW Marriott New Orleans.

Afternoon sessions during the first day of the conference will be offered as two concurrent tracks. Track two includes discussions of the Rental Assistance Demonstration program, a bond financing market update and pairing affordable housing with opportunity zones. Opportunities to forge industry relationships include networking breakfasts, breaks and a reception. The conference will also include a presentation of the Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits Developments of Distinction Awards, which honor outstanding achievement in affordable housing.
