A special menu was crafted for Gila River Arena, that will allow fans to customize their bowl with any combination of two scoops of Tuna Luau, Spicy Tuna, Kimchi Shrimp or Blazing Salmon and a variety of vegetable and seasoned toppings. Soda, water, craft beer and macarons will also be offered for sale.

Ahipoki has taken the restaurant scene by storm since opening the first poke restaurant in Arizona in early 2016 by adding new locations every two months.

With twenty-seven total restaurants throughout California and Arizona, Ahipoki is now the largest and fastest growing corporately owned poke chain in America.
