A few years ago, she took a job as a care manager for a private in-home senior care company, where she conducted all aspects of the business, managing caregivers, coordinating care for clients as well as daily office operations.
"I moved into care management because I wanted to make a difference. I loved working with seniors and families. After some time, I saw an opportunity to help our clients and their families in a different – and much needed – way, which is what led me to Caring Transitions," Favreau said.
