Aladtec Team Will Demo Popular Scheduling Software at Firehouse Expo in Nashville
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (PRWEB) October 09, 2018 -- Representatives from Wisconsin-based Aladtec will be among 250 vendors demonstrating the latest tools and services for fire and rescue services during the Firehouse Expo gathering Oct. 16-20 at the Music City Center, downtown Nashville.
Aladtec's cloud-based scheduling and workforce management software is used by more than 2,100 agencies across North America, including 21 fire-, rescue-, law enforcement and dispatch centers in the State of Tennessee.
Aladtec is easy to use with no equipment to buy or maintain, and no software to install. The system can be used anytime by any staff member with internet access. Volunteer and paid-on-call organizations benefit from online member availability submission, rules-based sign-ups, and automated trading features.
Aladtec can help control payroll costs, and reduce unscheduled overtime with built-in work limits. Administrators can approve shift trades and time-off requests from a smartphone. The platform also includes customizable forms, an event calendar, massive storage for records and policies, certification tracking, a discussion forum, and more, that collectively make scheduling and workforce management easy.
Aladtec's annual subscription fee is based on the number of agency members who use the platform. All set-up, training and unlimited technical support are included in the price.
Chief Gene Wright with Town of Beloit (WI) Fire Dept., has been an Aladtec user and fan since 2013. Neighboring agencies Town of Beloit Police, City of Beloit Police, and South Beloit (IL) Fire-Rescue also use the scheduling platform.
"We're very diverse here with full-time people and paid-on-call, so we have people that come and go all hours of the night. We have a big projector on the wall that has the calendar up so when you walk in the door, and you see exactly who's coming. It's been a great product for us."
