Alain Pinel Realtors Launches Charitable Foundation, Adds to Agents' Resource Toolkits
Leading real estate brokerage Alain Pinel Realtors announced the launch of its new charitable foundation along with new programs designed to aid its agents in providing best-in-class service to clients at its recent company-wide Elevate event.
SARATOGA, Calif., Feb. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- At its recent company-wide Elevate event, Alain Pinel Realtors (APR) unveiled new programs designed to aid its agents in continuing to provide best-in-class service to clients, as well as centralizing its philanthropic efforts through the creation of a charitable Foundation, APR Gives.
"We live in one of the most incredible places on earth, and as such, our company culture and the passion of our real estate professionals has always been to give back to the communities where we live and work," said APR President Mike Hulme. Our new foundation will centralize our corporate giving and present a platform for individual agents and offices throughout our entire company to bring needed attention to the charitable causes of their choice. We believe this will improve our ability to be better neighbors and stewards of those causes closest to us."
APR regularly hosts clean-up events through Save Our Shores, supports philanthropy and volunteer work with LifeMoves, and directs donations to individual agent and office select causes like last year's Northern California fires.
In addition to launching its new charitable foundation, APR announced two new programs designed to support its agents in the buying and selling of homes.
The new APR Home Improvement Program will provide a way to potentially increase the selling price of a home through staging, renovation and repair services with no upfront costs to the seller. This program is designed to give APR agents yet another tool to use in providing their clients with best-in-class service.
Additionally, through a partnership with Facebook, the brokerage introduced APR Workplace, a social media hub for APR agents and staff. This new digital resource will allow everyone at APR to communicate internally with different groups via posts and direct messages to take advantage of the best resources available – fellow APR agents and staff. The platform will create a central portal to help agents promote new listings, seek advice or other resources like a local handyman or lawyer, and promote local or agent-sponsored events to APR peers.
