AlayaCare’s SOC 2 report demonstrates its commitment to security, governance, risk management and to delivering high-quality services to its clients

Leading home care technology provider, AlayaCare, announced that its core home care and home health platform has successfully obtained Service Organizational Control (SOC) 2 Type 1 certification. Conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), AlayaCare’s SOC 2 report demonstrates its commitment to security, governance, risk management and to delivering high-quality services to its clients with developed risk management controls in place.

The independent audit, conducted by PwC, certifies that AlayaCare’s systems and processes meet the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Trust Service Principles and Criteria. The SOC 2 Type 1 report documents AlayaCare’s services and risk management controls put in place to address common security risks defined by the AICPA and verifies compliance and operational effectiveness, outlining critical security policies, procedures, and safeguards necessary to protect and secure client data.
