ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Dec. 02, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Eastern Spa and Nails and Hawthorne House Partners, LLC, an investment partnership of Corinthian Real Estate, Inc., announced that they have entered into a long-term lease agreement for a new Eastern Spa and Nails salon location in Albuquerque, set to open in November 2018.
Eastern Spa and Nails will open in the Holly Place Shops at 5920 Holly Avenue in northeast Albuquerque and will occupy 1230 square feet of retail space. Other businesses in the shopping center include Jason's Deli, Domino's Pizza, and Gymboree. This will be the salon's second location, with the original located at 5809 Juan Tabo NE.
Hawthorne House Partners, LLC was represented by Steve Lyon and George Chronis of Pegasus Retail and Eastern Spa and Nails was represented by Amy Flores and Connie Pryde of Commercial Real Estate Management.

Originally from Vietnam, the entrepreneurial couple previously owned a machine shop in California before moving to Albuquerque in 2009. After working as certified nail technicians in other salons, Kayla and Yankee noticed many salons using low quality products and improper sanitation techniques. The couple wanted to improve the quality of salon services available to the people of Albuquerque and thus decided to open the first location of Eastern Spa and Nails.
