As an experienced business leader who has served the network of organizations that comprise parent company Allegis Group for 27 years, Schumacher recently was AGS' senior vice president of global operations and business development. He succeeds Chad Lane, who decided to leave Allegis Group after serving as AGS' president since April 2010.

Schumacher has worked effectively across AGS' global teams to evolve how the company serves its clients through a consultative approach to workforce transformation. Most recently, he led the vision and strategy for AGS' global operations and business development. Responsible for defining quality and operational excellence across AGS' portfolio, Schumacher's strategic guidance has ensured client retention and portfolio growth globally, accelerated talent development and continued the evolution of AGS' services, earning the organization a Star Performer and Leader recognition on Everest Group's Contingent Workforce Management/Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Services Procurement/Statement of Work PEAK Matrix® Assessments in 2022, as well as a Leader status on the analyst group's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) PEAK Matrix® Assessment the same year.
