“In these times it’s critical for any company like AllenComm to think outside the box to help our clients meet new demands,” said Ron Zamir, AllenComm CEO.

In the face of the COVID-19 outbreak, AllenComm will be retooling specific content conversion services to meet the immediate time-sensitive needs of its customers to help minimize face-to-face training activities. AllenComm has launched its Rapid Response initiative to support businesses experiencing disruptions to their training operations.

AllenComm Rapid Response services are aimed to quickly convert and deliver planned training, especially onboarding and other Instructor-led Training (ILT) events, into either Virtual-ILT (V-ILT) or digital learning.

Working outside its normal operational model the company will provide access to over 130 learning professionals to assist in these unplanned needs. With more than 35 years of experience in developing training quickly for large audiences, a large library of learning activities, and cloud-based learning platforms its teams are ready to assist. The AllenComm team will set up response processes to scope and estimate projects within 1-2 days of receiving sample content from clients.

These rapid digital learning solutions will be help clients more easily distribute the existing content that needs to be launched and delivered in weeks. By focusing on conversion and making reuse of existing digital assets and processes the solution can be implemented in a few weeks of effort. Existing technology platforms will address the difficult challenges of being able to set up hosting, distribution, and tracking of the assets being converted.

“In these times it’s critical for any company like AllenComm to think outside the box to help our clients meet new demands,” said Ron Zamir, AllenComm CEO. “These services are meant to be quick and will be stripped out of elements that drive costs up. While these rapid response projects may be disrupting our day to day operation, they are imperative to strengthen our commitment to our clients and the industry.”

Companies that are faced with immediate conversion needs can partner with AllenComm for:

  • Rapid conversion of ILT content to digital assets.
  • Conversion of in-person training sessions into V-ILT sessions for Adobe Connect, GoToMeeting, WebEx, Zoom, and other applicable platforms.
  • Temporary content management and distribution sites which can: schedule V-ILT sessions, host/distribute online content, and provide tracking.
