BELLVUE, Wash. , Aug. 2, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Alliance Residential is constructing Holden of Bellevue, a premier senior living community that is the first of a three-phase project in downtown Bellevue. It will be followed by an independent living community in phase two and a multifamily project in phase three. The new community, located at 121 112th Ave NE Bellevue, WA 98004, began construction in February 2020 and is anticipated to open in late fall 2021.
Rethinking the traditional senior housing model, Alliance Residential is building a 7-story Assisted Living and Memory Care community designed to offer its residents urban surroundings and modern hospitality amenities. The 136-unit community will offer apartments that cater to residents seeking assisted living while also reserving a separate, community for memory care residents. The 110 assisted living residences will be located on floors 3-7, while the 26 memory care apartments will be located on the second floor around a central courtyard.
Holden of Bellevue offers residents access to a range of culinary experiences, including a spacious dining venue and a public bistro.
