According to the anonymous employee feedback from the Best Places to Work survey, one employee wrote, "ACC truly puts team members first. Employees enjoy coming in to the ACC office because, beside the dual basketball game and happy hours, they are encouraged to voice thoughts and concerns. Anything from workflow improvement to ideas on how to enhance their own professional development is welcome feedback. One employee stated, "ACC is a needle in a haystack. I am so fortunate to have found such a great organization to expand my career." ACC employees used the words "Flexible", "Positive" and "Challenging" most often to describe the environment at ACC's Louisville headquarters.

Overall, employees rated ACC 90.2 out of a possible score of 100 and rated the company's culture and unlimited time-off policy as what they viewed as outstanding. More than 90% of ACC employees are highly engaged and 94% agreed that senior leadership value people as the organization's most important resource. Quantum Workplace administered the survey and the award recognition came from Louisville Business First.
