Each of these strategic hires will be instrumental in ensuring the continued delivery of best-in-class service and client experience while supporting Allied's 2019 expansion plans as a 'Next Generation' communications provider.
Ricardo Brooks has been appointed Chief Operating Officer to guide strategic initiatives that support Allied's ongoing market expansion while navigating the company towards its operational and cultural goals. Ricardo spent the past 20 years in executive and consultant roles leading diverse businesses in areas of fiscal and operational management, marketing, product development, customer relations, and sales. In previous roles at Allied, Ricardo helped develop the company's current mission statement and influenced the adoption of its core values.
Another operational addition to the team includes Marc Moscatello, who joins Allied as Director of Service Delivery. He has over 20 years' experience delivering and managing enterprise IT solutions and providing service management thought leadership. In this role, Marc is responsible for leading the order fulfillment lifecycle, including oversight of project planning, network design, voice and data product provisioning, engineering, and technician installation. Marc will leverage his ITIL and CISSP certifications to improve Allied's service management and security consciousness.
To lead process improvement in Revenue Ops, Billing, and Collections, Allied has brought on Diane Horner as Senior Manager of Revenue Operations. With a career spanning nearly 24 years in the telecom industry, Diane comes to Allied from Verizon where she held a variety of roles related to financial analysis and billing. Her strengths include a strategic focus on maximizing customer satisfaction by providing a smooth billing experience while also optimizing internal efficiencies to meet key performance indicators.
Additionally, Ken Ferro has been named Director of Indirect Sales, responsible for growing channel partner and wholesale relationships to help drive Allied's expansion initiative throughout the MidAtlantic and Northeast Regions. Ken brings an extensive, 17-year background of proven channel development and enterprise IT Sales experience. He is returning to Allied from CDW where he contributed to driving profitability and growing revenue by fostering long-term relationships with key enterprise clients in the MidAtlantic. Prior in his career, Ken worked at Allied for five years in business and channel development roles.
