Austin, Texas (PRWEB) October 15, 2015 -- aloe skin + body, a holistic Austin spa and skin care resource, is celebrating the completion of their highly anticipated new location with a grand opening reception on October 22, 2015. Located across the street from their previous shop, tucked away within Austin’s Tarrytown neighborhood, aloe skin + body’s new space triples their square footage, and features a modern and peaceful interior, while adding room for additional treatments, products, and an outdoor patio.
The aloe skin + body grand opening celebration will feature a drawing for a half day spa package for two valued at $1K, samples of high-quality organic products, and the opportunity to meet the friendly and knowledgeable aloe skin + body team, who are passionate about making people look and feel their best. Patricia’s Table will serve fresh and seasonal hors d’oeuvres, drinks will be provided by Austin Cocktails and 512 Tequila, and beauty concierge Lip Service will be on hand to offer their signature celebrity-quality hair and make-up treatments. This event is free to the public and will run from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
“We are incredibly excited about the opportunity to grow and expand our holistic services with our new, larger location, which brings a more immersive and experiential spa environment,” Tracy Bethel, the founder of aloe skin + body said. “I wanted to create a relaxed space where people can come and hang out, ask questions, grab samples, get skincare tips, try on makeup, etc. A place that makes skincare and wellness fun and interesting rather than overwhelming. In creating this space I had a vision of friends gathering for a walk around town lake and then ending up at aloe skin + body for treatments, lunch, and good conversation – a getaway right in the heart of Austin.”
After outgrowing their previous location, aloe skin + body needed a larger space to advance their mission of organically and holistically treating the skin from the inside out. With the addition of an acupuncturist and a massage therapist in 2012 and the expansion of these services, along with facials and other skincare treatments, Bethel and her team moved locations on September 8, 2015, to continue to provide their clients an individualized holistic plan to address both skin-based concerns and the body as a whole.
The move to a new location reflects the continued demand for aloe skin + body’s specialized services. The larger space, which previously housed a general office, has been refreshed into a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city that can better accommodate bachelorette parties, teen birthday parties, wedding makeover parties and more. Clients can expect a larger retail area that will offer a variety of organic products, unique gifts, and advice for natural home remedies.
