For the last 10 years he was VP, Finance at Oxford Immunotec Global plc, taking the company from early stage start-up in the UK to NASDAQ IPO in November 2013. In that role he built countless budget, forecasting, financial projection and capital structuring Excel files, leveraging his earlier experience with Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan to develop complex yet accurate Excel files to aid financial decision making and resource allocations.
The webinar will be moderated by John Kogan, CEO, Proformative. John has been CFO at four technology companies, a finance executive at Cardinal Health, and in multiple roles at AlliedSignal and Cisco Systems.
