They are marking their first year in business as a recruiting firm in northern New Jersey with new office space, six additional team members, and a new website and updated branding as part of company’s official grand opening.
Carrabs and Kurz have worked in recruiting and placement for many years as top producers and managers for nationally known firms before opening Ambassador Resources in October 2020. They realized that as their business grew, they needed a stronger digital presence in the New York metro market.
“We zeroed in on our core industries for recruiting and placement pretty quickly, and we needed a website that reflected who we are, how we work, and the industries we serve,” said Carrabs. “The new website conveys our consultative approach to talent recruitment very clearly, and provides all the information employers and job candidates need to know about us.”
