NJ talent recruitment firm celebrates a year of growth, an expanded team and new office space

Joe Carrabs and Matthew Kurz, founders and managing partners of Ambassador Resources, have a lot to celebrate this month. They are marking their first year in business as a recruiting firm in northern New Jersey with new office space, six additional team members, and a new website and updated branding as part of company’s official grand opening.

Carrabs and Kurz have worked in recruiting and placement for many years as top producers and managers for nationally known firms before opening Ambassador Resources in October 2020. They realized that as their business grew, they needed a stronger digital presence in the New York metro market.

“We zeroed in on our core industries for recruiting and placement pretty quickly, and we needed a website that reflected who we are, how we work, and the industries we serve,” said Carrabs. “The new website conveys our consultative approach to talent recruitment very clearly, and provides all the information employers and job candidates need to know about us.”

Ambassador Resources specializes in talent recruitment and placement for roles in accounting and finance, supply chain and procurement, administrative professionals, and human resources & recruiting.

“We know that employers vet us before engaging our services, and with the growth we’ve experienced over the past year, we needed a professional online vehicle for prospective clients to find and learn about Ambassador Resources easily,” said Kurz. “The new website shows prospective clients our specialty areas and our philosophy about recruiting—finding the right people for the right role—very clearly and we’re excited about this formal business launch.”

Ambassador Resources is located at 1050 Wall Street West in Lyndhurst. For more information, visit
