DANVERS, Mass., March 2, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Ambrose Environmental Services, Inc. (AEM) is excited to announce the sale of its assets in a private acquisition. AEM is an industry leader in providing environmental claim investigation, management, and oversight for insurance companies and commercial carriers. The recent sale will provide growth opportunities in the form of geographical expansion as well as expanded service offerings. AEM will rebrand as part of this acquisition and will undergo a name change to Primary Loss Control (PLC).
The rebranding initiative will enable PLC to continue to provide premier environmental claim management while also expanding to other service lines such as Fire/Cause & Origin, Property Loss, and Accident Reconstruction.
Operationally, PLC will continue to operate as AEM did in the past maintaining active personnel and current locations.
