AMC Technology, a leading customer service integration platform provider, is joining the 1% Pledge Program by formalizing its non-profit gifting initiative. As part of the program AMC is committing to giving at least 1% of its licenses of both their premise (Picasso) and cloud (DaVinci) products to non-profits.
“AMC has been committed to helping non-profits for years through our free and discounted licensing program,” said Anthony Uliano, Founder and CTO of AMC Technology, “so I’m proud to be joining the 1% Pledge Program to formalize our commitment and hopefully reach more non-profits."
As part of the program, AMC offers the first 10 licenses of our DaVinci and Picasso platforms at no cost to qualified non-profits, and 50% off our list price for any additional users. Non-Profits can utilize the licenses to integrate their inbound and outbound contact centers and outreach campaigns with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and SAP C4C with more CRM support being added.
AMC currently provides licenses under this program to several non-profits, including American Red Cross, Canadian Blood Services, and American University Cairo.
