The initiative celebrates women, ages 40 and under, whose achievements set them apart in their companies' leadership pipelines. Among various qualifications, applicants must have an endorsement from a senior executive at their respective organization and demonstrate potential for an extraordinary and influential career.

This year's honorees represent industry leaders like Mastercard and American Express, as well as retail operations like Walmart and fintech innovators like dLocal and Fiserv. Some of this year's standouts include:
- Sarah Arnio, Director of International Payments and Financial Services at Walmart, launched Walmart's first in-store technology services operation — which is expected to be a $250 million yearly business — as a competitor to Best Buy's Geek Squad. More recently, she led the team that enabled stores in El Salvador to accept Bitcoin.
- Nidhi Arora, Vice President of Risk Management for American Express, played a pivotal role in developing the core platform for the checking product. The challenge allowed Arora to share her expertise on best practices, a task that led her to adopt many leadership roles, including educating business units on the types of risk involved with the launch of a new product.
- Gabriela Viera, Senior Vice President of Compliance for dLocal, notes that crypto is one of the few areas in technology where men and women are on equal footing.
