The American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM) has announced the addition of lifestyle telemedicine service pioneer Plant Based Telehealth to its Lifestyle Medicine Corporate Roundtable. Plant Based TeleHealth is a national telemedicine service making licensed medical care, focused on the prevention and reversal of chronic disease, available to patients in all 50 U.S. states and Washington D.C.
