American Auto Shield, a leading provider of vehicle and home service contracts specializing in third-party administration, today announced it acquired new office space in Phoenix to accommodate its growing employee and customer base. Hiring and training are now underway for American Auto Shield’s Phoenix satellite office. Located in the Crescent Corporate Center in the North Phoenix area, the new office is scheduled to open May 13, 2019.

American Auto Shield’s increase in new contract volume has accelerated the company’s growth and resource requirements. In addition to the corporate headquarters in Lakewood, Colorado, the newly acquired 8,393 square-foot space in North Phoenix supports the company’s growth strategy. The office expansion enables American Auto Shield to further increase staffing capabilities to support its business development.

“The decision to expand our presence into the North Phoenix area is a logical step in our business growth strategy,” said Jason Currier, Executive Vice President. “Within the past 12 months, American Auto Shield experienced more than a 100% increase in new contract volume. We increased staff at our Colorado headquarters and now need to diversify our regional footprint. The North Phoenix area is rich with diverse talent and gives us the opportunity to further expand staffing and capabilities for product development, claims administration services and customer support departments, as well as increase our ability to service current and future markets. We plan to create over 50 new jobs in the next 12 months at the new office location.”

Available full-time positions at the new North Phoenix satellite location include Claims Adjusters and Customer Service Representatives. Other hiring includes administrative and technological support positions, including an Assistant Claims Manager and an Office Manager.
