CLEVELAND, Jan. 22, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- AML RightSource announced today that Chuck Taylor, CAMS, JD, will join the company as Executive VP, Head of Financial Crimes Advisory. Mr. Taylor brings over 20 years of progressive business achievement with a proven track record of success in regulatory compliance, along with exceptional skills in research, risk analysis, and training. He is an expert in Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) compliance. In January, Mr. Taylor moves from California to join the AML RightSource executive team in Cleveland, Ohio, reporting to Frank Ewing, CEO.
Mr. Taylor joins AML RightSource from City National Bank where he was the Senior Vice President, BSA & OFAC Officer. At City National Bank, Mr. Taylor was responsible for overseeing all aspects of enterprise BSA/AML/OFAC compliance. Prior to City National Bank, Mr. Taylor worked at California National Bank as Vice President, Director of BSA Compliance. Before then, Mr. Taylor was the Assistant Vice President, Operational Risk Manager, BSA Officer, and Manager of the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) at Pacific National Bank.

He attended the Pacific Coast Banking School, obtained his bachelor's degree in communications from University of California, Santa Barbara, and earned his juris doctorate at Santa Barbara College of Law.
