This new offering represents meaningful innovation impacting how organizations will offer and manage employee education benefit and training programs in the future.

The goal of this revolutionary new technology is to yield increases in employee retention and improved levels of performance for organizations using the Lyo platform.

Most current offerings in the corporate training and education benefits space offer large scale, one size fits all solutions to staff with little regard for individual needs or skill levels. The result is often inefficiency as some staff become over prepared or over trained, while other staff still have multiple gaps the education and training did not address. Often, the education benefits provided lag expectations, staff can become frustrated, and performance and employee retention do not improve. Importantly, it is hard for CLO's and Training Leaders to identify and pin down the return on investment.

The Lyo Learning platform is designed to move companies past these challenges and into a world where a full 360-degree view of the employee is gathered, gaps are identified, a custom learning plan is developed for each employee, and a sophisticated learning, content management and instruction platform delivers and measures the learning against the specific and unique goals of the company.
