At the beginning of the pandemic three years ago, ancora was serving only a few hundred customers. Despite the uncertainty of lock downs and the economic roller coaster that followed, ancora's leadership focused on what their customers needed most: the ability to streamline operations and do more with less.
The focus on providing deep value worked. "We worked hard to get here, but we're not surprised that we made it," Flynn said.
