Andis® Company Renews Gold-level Plus Sponsorship of Animal Behavior College’s Pet Groomer Program for 2019
SANTA CLARITA, Calif. (PRWEB) January 24, 2019 -- Animal Behavior College (ABC), a vocational school that educates professional pet groomers, cat trainers, dog trainers and veterinary assistants nationwide and in the 10 provinces of Canada, today announced that Andis® Company is sponsoring the school’s pet groomer program at the highest sponsorship level, Gold-level Plus, for the third consecutive year. Andis is an industry leader in small and large grooming tools and education.

As a Gold-level Plus sponsor , Andis will continue to provide professional-grade tools to ABC's Certified Grooming Instruction Program (GIP) students, as well as educational brochures, product information, how-to videos and live tutorials on best industry practices. The company will also offer the Andis Groom Nation™ scholarship to an ABC student via an internet-based Rising Star competition that will run later this year.

As of December 31, 2018, ABC has graduated 3,029 students from GIP.
In addition to pet grooming, the college has graduated and certified more than 27,500 students from all of its core programs combined which includes cat training, dog trainer training and veterinary assisting. ABC also offers specialized certificates of completion in seven short-term programs, including doggie daycare, pet fostering, pet massage, pet nutrition, pet sitting, training shelter dogs, and selling and teaching private lessons.
