Andrew Robinson Appointed President of Veeder-Root
SIMSBURY, CT (PRWEB) June 16, 2016 -- Veeder-Root, a leading provider of fueling equipment and services, announced today that Andrew Robinson has been appointed President of Veeder-Root effective June 16, 2016. Andrew is a 10-year veteran in the industry and has previously held multiple senior leadership positions at Gilbarco Veeder-Root in product management and marketing.
Most recently, Andrew was the President at X-Ray Optical Systems (XOS, a Danaher company). During his tenure as President he led the business to improvements in number of key areas, including a forty percent improvement in quality. The company was also able to continue its successful financial and product development growth.

Andrew also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue. After receiving his MBA from Harvard Business School, Andrew began his career at Danaher as a summer intern before moving into a Product Manager position with Gilbarco in Greensboro.
