Andrews Federal Sponsors Annual Andrews Attic Children's Christmas Party
Suitland, Maryland (PRWEB) January 21, 2015 -- Andrews Federal Credit Union recently sponsored the Andrews Attic Children's Christmas Party on Joint Base Andrews. As part of their sponsorship, the credit union provided nearly 100 children with a free toy. Additionally, children were able to pose for pictures with Santa.
"The joy on the kids' faces made it all worthwhile," said Ros Bishop, Joint Base Andrews Branch Manager, Andrews Federal. "Giving back to the community is always a priority for us, and we are grateful for every opportunity to do so."
The Andrews Attic is a free thrift shop for E-5 and below military singles and families on Joint Base Andrews and the surrounding National Capital Region, easing their financial burden in trying times.
