The Brenda States Insurance Agency, a locally owned and operated consultancy offering insurance assistance and financial planning services to clients in and around the Cleveland metropolitan area, has joined Medina County SPCA in a charity initiative aimed at protecting animals in the region.

Like all offices of the globally recognized Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, the Medina chapter of the SPCA works to improve wellness and outcomes for all animals. Medina SPCA not only works to rescue abused and neglected animals, but works directly with the community via a Humane Education Program that helps reduce local incidences of animal harm.

“Everyone in our community should share the common goal of ensuring all animals receive the medical care, rehabilitation, and re-homing services that they deserve,” says Brenda States, director and principal agenct of the Brenda States Insurance Agency.

In an effort to build support for the Medina SPCA and gather a following of concerned citizens from the Cleveland area, States and her team are making connections with local families and civic leaders over social media and email. Additional efforts to gather support for the charity drive are already being planned, and a full length article on the event is slated for publication in the Brenda States Agency online magazine “Our Hometown”:

This marks the third charity drive hosted by the Brenda States Insurance Agency since late last year. As active participants in the national “Agents of Change” charity assistance movement, the States team has committed to planning and hosting additional charitable efforts in the region quarterly.
