Ann Mahoney Hosts Three-Part Acting Workshop at Greensboro College
Ann Mahoney of AMC's The Walking Dead will host a three-part series workshop at her alma mater Greensboro College for members of the community November 11th and 12th, 2019 which includes a question and answer session, and two technique based acting classes.
GREENSBORO, N.C., Oct. 29, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Ann Mahoney of AMC's The Walking Dead will host a three-part series workshop at her alma mater Greensboro College for members of the community November 11th and 12th, 2019 which includes a question and answer session, and two technique based acting classes.
The workshop will be as follows:
November 11, 6 pm-7 pm Q & A session held in Huggins Hall.
November 11 from 7:30 pm-10 pm Mahoney will host her class, Suzuki- Japanese theatre master Tadashi Suzuki's Suzuki Method of Actor Training in the Odell Rehearsal Studio.
November 12, 3:30 pm - 5:15 pm - Acting for the Camera workshop in the Communications Center.
Mahoney says, "Acting has been my passion and purpose in life, being able to share this same enthusiasm for acting with aspiring actors, and my mentors David Schram, John Saari, and Ashley Hyers from the Greensboro theater department inspires new energy. I cannot wait to collaborate and share my wealth of knowledge with the talent that this event brings in."

At the workshop series, Mahoney will be launching her book, Acting For The Camera: SLAP! COURAGE FOR THE ON-CAMERA ACTOR. After the Q&A session, November 11, Mahoney will be selling and signing her debut book for the attendees. The book will later be available for purchase on Amazon once it is released nationally to the public.
